America’s True Heroes Webster’s dictionary defines a hero as “A person noted for feats of courage or nobility of purpose, especially one who has risked or sacrificed his or her life”. However, to most people is simply someone who but their own needs aside and reached out to someone else. They are not the superstar athletes or the pop icons that sell millions of records, however they are the men and women who risk their lives every single day of their lives knowing that when the days over the will not be considered heroes. However that is what makes them a true hero.
