doesn’t enjoy the “homage” paid to him. He says “who really cares about what I paint?” It’s clear throughout his discourse, Picasso is an unusual man. One who hoards his money, yet cares little about how much he has. He ends by saying “my life is my work,” and I think that’s a fitting way to end Picasso’s story. I never appreciated his art, but I think I appreciate the man.
