A Raisin in The Sun, by Lorraine Hansberry is a short novel set in Chicago in the 1960’s. It revolves around particular events in the lives of the Younger family when they receive an insurance check for ten thousand dollars. The Youngers proved that that the love in their lives helped them to overcome their obstacles.
